The Right to RebelBrevet Medal , is a military decoration of the Right to Rebel Division; it was created in Januray 07,2011 as a result of Executive Order Number 26. The decoration is a one-time issuance and retroactively recognized, for Right to Rebel Division members who have/had received a Brevet rank.
