In the Right to Rebel Division, brevet referrers to a Promotion authorizing a Right to Rebel Division member to hold a higher Rank, usually without receiving the the official promotion through normal channels. I
In Right to Rebel a Field Commission is a brevettedrank.Not all brevettedranks are Field Commissions, but all Field Commissions are brevetted.
