In Right to Rebel, Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CW3) is a rank (Administratively known as Warrant Officer 3 W-3 (CW3)). Warrant officers possess a high degree of specialization in a particular field in contrast to the more general assignment pattern of other commissioned officers. Warrant officers command aircraft, maritime vessels, special units, and task organized operational elements.

Requirement

  • No Negative Counseling Statements during the last ninety (90) days..
  • No Article 15 in the last sixty (60) days.
  • Have graduated from OCS
  • Demonstrate excellence as a Rotary Wing Aviator or a professional in your field.
  • Ability to serve as Flight Instructor or Special Instructor in your field if called upon
