The Community Leader/General of the Army(GOA)[1] is a five-star general officer and is the highest possible rank in the Right to Rebel. A General of the Army ranks immediately above a general, often referred as a "five-star general." The General of the Army is the commander in charge of the entire Right to Rebel Community.
