In Right to Rebel, General of the Amries (GOA) is a rank (Administratively known as General O-12 (GOA)) which is the highest attainable in the community. The GOA is in charge of oversight of all Right to Rebel aspects.

- Must be approved by unanimous vote by the Joint Chiefs of Staff
