In Right to Rebel, Corporal (CPL) is a rank (Administratively known as Corporal E-4 (CPL)). Corporal is not just a rank, it is the doorway to the NCO Corps. Corporals have established themselves as having leadership potential and worthy of consideration as a future Squad Leader.

Requirements

  • No Negative Counseling Statements during the last sixty (60) days.
  • No Article 15 in the last sixty (60) days.
  • Completion of the Non-Commissioned Officer Academy ( NCOA )
  • Secondary billet assignment or assignment to a Squad Leader billet.
  • Active participation in Section activities and/or secondary billets at a level of excellence.
  • Clear and decisive speech and writing abilities.
  • Ability to conduct Section training as directed by the Squad Leader.
  • Selected as a Squad Leader.

Minimum TIG

  • Four (4) to Six (6) months at the rank of Specialist.
