In Right to Rebel, Corporal (CPL) is a rank (Administratively known as Corporal E-4 (CPL)). Corporal is not just a rank, it is the doorway to the NCO Corps. Corporals have established themselves as having leadership potential and worthy of consideration as a future Squad Leader.
Requirements
- No Negative Counseling Statements during the last sixty (60) days.
- No Article 15 in the last sixty (60) days.
- Completion of the Non-Commissioned Officer Academy ( NCOA )
- Secondary billet assignment or assignment to a Squad Leader billet.
- Active participation in Section activities and/or secondary billets at a level of excellence.
- Clear and decisive speech and writing abilities.
- Ability to conduct Section training as directed by the Squad Leader.
- Selected as a Squad Leader.
Minimum TIG
- Four (4) to Six (6) months at the rank of Specialist.
