Recruiting

To all S-4 recruiters,

This is just a reminder of updated recruiting rules and regulations. 1. All recruiters are allowed to place a application on S-4 Hold.

a.(If you come across a player you have spent time with and feel that they may not represent rTr in the best possible manner. ie. Chat history, Behavior in TS, etc… Leave a reply to the thread stating the reason(s) why you are putting this person on hold. Then either the OIC or the assistant OIC will make judgement on either to deny or accept the application based on your assessments.)

2. Only the OIC or assistant OIC are allowed to S-4 Accept or Deny any person applying for rTr.

a.(If there are any issues with an application, ei S-2 holds, S-2 cautionary clears please allow the OIC or Asst. OIC to look at it. If you know the person and wish to make a statement on their behalf then you may do so. Your comments will be taken into consideration when we make our decision. )


3. All persons applying for rTr MUST have a SPONSOR at the time that they apply.

a.(This sponsor may be anyone within rTr besides recruiters unless otherwise approved by the OIC. They may add a recruiter for character reference only if they have another sponsor associated with them.)


4. The OIC or Asst. OIC will be responsible for getting with the Sponsors.

a.(Each sponsor will be verified before recruitment by the OIC Or Asst. OIC.)


5. All recruits must be S-4 cleared (waiting on recruit) before they can be recruited!Do not jump ahead!

a.(If the person is online - and you wish to recruit them then feel free to poke either the OIC or assistant OIC about sending the email. But wait until you’ve spoken with us first. We do this for the sake of organization and to take stress off of the recruiters shoulders.)


6. Only Senior recruiters, The OIC, and Asst. OIC may Train any new recruiter(s). Please see the stickies for a list of Senior recruiters and protocols regarding training.


7. Only the OIC or Asst. OIC are allowed to Archive applications.


Lets try to make a habit of checking applications at least once a day or so. And if you ever have any questions feel free to come speak with your OIC or Asst. OIC at any time.


As of 07/19/2016 rules 2 & 4 are suspended until further notice per Nicknamessuk. If you have any questions get with Nicknamessuk, Kohlor or Antivanity

Hello nEwM3mb3r, my name is Howie and I would like to welcome you on the behalf of the Command Staff and the Division Administration Office to Right to Rebel, we are at your service.

This is a copy of your "OPORDS" please keep this saved in your PM's for future reference. It's basically a information pack that lists everything from your commanding officer to links to our websites containing resources that you will need as a member of the Community.

Under "MISSION / SUPPORT: " you will find a list of members that can help, offer advice, and answer your questions if any arise. We use a Distributed Community Management system, so it is best to use the chain of command for most requests and questions.

Your Company First Sergeant, _________ is the first person you should contact if an issue should arise or if you have any general questions that you need to speak with someone about. One of the first questions he may ask you is "Did you put in a Personnel Action Form(PAF)?", it is a do all request form. Most requests within the Division for such things as forum account changes, admin account request, promotions, leave of absence, return to duty, etc. should began with a Personnel Action Form(PAF) . It can be found on the NAVBAR in the forums under "Reports" and a link is provided in your OPORD. ThePersonnel Action Form(PAF) will get posted in the Division Administration Office IN BOX, ensuring that the request gets to the personal that needs to see it. It is fastest way to get something done, and I won't file it away till it is complete, so things don't get dropped through the cracks.
