- Requirement set within the RTRWIKI for each Grade
- Approved by Company First Sergeant
- Can be Approved by a Sr. Post holder WITHIN the Chain of command ( ie Division Sergeant Major, Command Sergeant Major, Platoon Leader, Company Command)
E-6 TO E-8 ( MASTER SERGEANT ONLY)
- Requirement set within the RTRWIKI for each Grade
- Approved by the Division Sergeant Major
- Can be Approved by a Sr. Post holder WITHIN the Chain of command ( ie Command Sergeant Major, Platoon Leader, Company Command)
E-8 TO E-9*
- Requirement set within the RTRWIKI for each Grade
- Sergeant Major of the Army
