==Requirement==
*No Negative Counseling Statements during the last ninety (90) days..
*No Article 15 in the last sixty (60) days.
*Have graduated from [[Officer Candidate School|OCS]]
*Demonstrate excellence as a Rotary Wing Aviator or a professional in your field.
*Ability to serve as Flight Instructor or Special Instructor in your field if called upon

===Minimum TIG===
:*Two (2) months at the rank of [[Chief Warrant Officer 2]]. Less reserve time.
